              Job Responsibility Requirements:

              Responsible for the project research and development of TFT-LCD photoresist products, the establishment of new research and development projects, research, evaluation, feasibility report writing and declaration data writing;
              Organize the product test and test of the project, and form the result and report.
              Establish and improve the database of related research;
              To organize the establishment of standard operation process and quality control system for project implementation, and form systematic and standardized management;
              Cooperate with the company's project partners (universities, research institutes, etc.) in technical research to solve the difficult problems in the process of product development.


              Requirements:

              Doctor's degree or above in organic chemistry, polymer direction of chemical engineering, etc.
              It is advisable to have R&D experience in TFT-LCD ARRAY photoresist or color film photoresist or other organic materials for TFT-LCD. Experience in project responsibility is better.
              Strong overall thinking, analysis, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, organizational ability, good communication and team work;
              Have the courage to challenge the spirit and belief, team spirit and dedication.
